Russell D’Agostino-Dudka, Founder/President-Cick Cancer Foundation



I was born and raised in Manchester, NH. I attended and graduated from St. Patrick’s Grammar School, Bishop Bradley/Trinity High School and New Hampshire College (Now SNHU) My career spanned 31 years with Radio Shack, retiring in 2006. Since then I have stayed active in various interests, including substitute teaching in the Derry, NH school system. In April 2014 I decided to put on a one-time fund raiser for cancer patients in NH. That idea morphed into the Cick Cancer Foundation.

John St. Hilaire, Vice President-Cick Cancer Foundation

John is the owner of GS&E Specialties, specializing in graphics, set design, exhibit displays and photography in Manchester, NH. He has lived and worked in NH most of his life. He currently resides in Manchester with his wife and recently became a proud grandfather.

Judy Leshinski, Secretary-Cick Cancer Foundation

Judy was born and raised in Manchester, NH. She attended St. Patrick Elementary School, West High School and Plymouth State College. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and taught for 34 years at a middle school before retiring in June 2018. She continues to tutor students privately in the southern NH area. Judy has taken jewelry courses and workshops through the Manchester Institute of Art and, has a small NH jewelry business featuring “one of a kind” hand crafted necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. She is a proud mother of three children and grandmother of two granddaughters.

Linda D’Agostino-Dudka, Treasurer – Cick Cancer Foundation

Linda was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She is a graduate of New Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management, an MBA with an Advanced Certificate in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations. Linda also obtained a Master of Management in Human Resources Management Degree from the University of Phoenix. After receiving my bachelor’s degree, I moved to New Hampshire to begin my Human Resources Career. Linda has been in the Human Resources profession for over 30 years; mostly as a Human Resources Manager (Generalist).

Charlotte Lewis-Hankus, Member of the Board of Directors

Charlotte has lived in Connecticut, Colorado, Massachusetts before finally settling in NH in 1980. Her education spans many years, concentrating on the education and counseling families of children with educational challenges. She has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/ Special Needs and a Master’s Degree in Deaf Education from Boston University. She was one of the founders of the Early Intervention Program for the Hearing Impaired in New Hampshire. She also worked as an administrator for Professional Hearing Management at Dr Keith Jorgensen’s office for 20 years and retired recently from her 40 plus years guiding the Hearing-Impaired families in New Hampshire.

Michelle Lambert, Member of the Board of Directors

Michelle is a lifelong resident of New England. She moved to the area at the age of 3 from Massachusetts. She and her husband are raising their 2 daughters in Litchfield NH. She has worked in the Radiology field for over 20 years and currently works as a Mammographer for a local clinic.

Frank J. Mazzuchelli, Member of the Board of Directors

Frank grew up in Maine and graduated from Cheverus HS in Portland, ME. He went to Wentworth Institute in Boston and went on to Northeastern and got a BSIT. Frank worked as a Project Manager in commercial construction including 7 years as head of laying out the Seabrook Power Plant. Started his own business in 1996, Lombardi Construction Consultants, Inc. Married since 1996 to Elaine, they reside in Derry, NH.
